High Availability and, specifically, Disaster Recovery solutions have gained much attention in the VMware community. As a matter of fact D&R is an area where VMware Virtual Infrastructure plays a very key role. This is a document I have presented at a European Symposium on February 2006 and it is based on a real life project I have been working on.
Consider that this was documented in the 2.5 timeframe. Today some of those things have changed but most of the other challenges remain.
